How I work

Architecture, delivery and ownership.

  1. 01

    Architecture that survives production

    I design systems for the people who will maintain them, with clear boundaries, well understood technology and the difficult parts isolated so they can change. Every decision is written down with its trade-offs.

  2. 02

    Hands-on technical leadership

    I lead by shipping. I set the architecture, review the code and pair on the hard problems, from React Native and Next.js to infrastructure on Kubernetes. The standards, design systems and workflows I introduced at IKEA or Garaje de Ideas are still in use.

  3. 03

    Product ownership, end to end

    Requirements, priorities, delivery and the metrics after launch. Having run a company myself, I understand the revenue model behind a product and what every technical decision costs.

  4. 04

    AI in production, not in demos

    Language models integrated into real products with a measured cost per user. AI agents in the daily engineering workflow, where I have trained my own team and others to use them well.

About

I decide like a founder and build like an engineer.

I am a software engineer and technical lead with eleven years of experience. I started in Cádiz building companies, first one manufacturing 3D printers, then one providing IT services, before dedicating myself fully to software.

Since then I have worked as an engineer inside the teams at IKEA, Adevinta, Fintonic, DataBeacon and EDP, then as Tech Lead at Garaje de Ideas. In parallel I have built complete products for companies and startups, covering backend, frontend, mobile, cloud infrastructure and AI features running in production.

In 2024 I co-founded Synkross, where I lead the technical direction, the architecture and the delivery of everything we ship. Running a company means I understand strategy, the cost of a decision and the business behind every line of code. And I still write that code every day.
